since 2012,we have been developing this project.we only stared in a small place with 5 workers and a few customers with small requests, while now we have a place that contains 60 workers with high and long-term experience and we deal with major companies around the world .
we take copper in the form of long sheets and pass it through several stages (staring from cutting it to polishing it).The steps for making copper ornaments are as follows:
1. Design: First, we start with the design of the copper decoration. This can be done by hand by our skilled artisans or using computer aided design (CAD) software for more intricate designs. We take into account customer preferences and desired features to create a unique design.
2. Copper cutting: Once the design is finalized, we proceed to copper cutting. This can be done manually using shears or special saws, or using laser cutting for more precise and intricate shapes.
3. Shaping: After cutting, the copper is shaped according to the design. This may include hammering, bending, bending and other shaping techniques to bring the design to life. Our craftsmen use their expertise to manipulate copper with precision to create the necessary shapes and details.
4. Soldering: Once the different parts of the copper decoration are shaped, they are assembled and soldered together. Soldering copper is a delicate process that requires careful attention in order to fuse the parts together without altering the quality or appearance of the metal. Quality welds guarantee the strength and durability of the decoration.
5. Finishing: After all parts are assembled and soldered, the copper decoration goes through a finishing process. This may include polishing to give it a brilliant shine, applying a protective varnish to prevent oxidation, or even adding patinas to create an aged or rustic effect.
6. Quality control: Before the copper decoration is ready to be shipped, it goes through a rigorous quality control. Our craftsmen check every die.
